Gp consult: You can have sinus infection and gingivitis. Drink extra Vit C 1000mg daily. But as you have high pulse rate with facial pain, you will need antibiotic and need to consult your GP. You can gargle with water with 1/2 tls of bicarb of soda, 1/2 tls salt and 1 tls honey.

Multiple Issues: You haven't asked a question, just stated issues. It appears you have gingivitis, possibly periodontitis. This must be attended to at once since left untreated periodontitis can result in the loss of your teeth. Periodontal issues have also been associated with many other medical problems. Get yourself to a dentist for a thorough exam and treatment plan.
