It happens: All stool is colored by byproducts of metabolism and gut germs. The main color additive is the dark green bile added early in the process.Gut bacteria then modify that color.The longer poo stays inside the more it transitions to brown. When poo moves through faster it is more likely to be green or some shade of yellow.Not a problem.
