Recurring utis, one lasting 3 weeks, now added papules in my labia minora, pimples around entrance of vagina and swollen groin. also dry skin around vulva. what could be the cause? can i see a specialist without seeing a gp?

Will be challenging: Need Gp to evaluate (some medical aids insists on gp referral otherwise they wil not pay for spesicalist consultation) espiciall with the swollen glands. It seems more serious than ordinary UTI. Also need to test if you have underlying problems and some more medical history
