Is it possible that i have rectal gonorrhea for 3 years without any symptoms? i regularly get urine std tested but never a rectal swab for the test.

Rectal gonorrhea: Gonorrhea at any location will generally produce unpleasant odor and/or discharge. It is "possible" , but unlikely that "rectal gonorrhea" can exist for "three years", but almost always with symptoms. A rectal culture should prove one way or the other.
