UTI? STD? Herpes?: If this is recent onset, STDs could do this if you're at risk (e.g. herpes, gonorrhea, chlamydia). Or maybe a urinary tract (bladder) infection, especially if you also have urinary urgency, frequency, or pain when urinating. Possibly yeast, but usually would cause more widespread irritation. See a doctor soon, the earlier the better for accurate diagnosis and effective treatment. Good luck.
