A 21-year-old male asked:
How does vas deferens infection which result in a scar cause blockage? does it block from inside the lumen or outside?

Usually inside lumen: Vas deferens infection can cause scar tissue which will block flow within the lumen of the tube. Also, a vasectomy can cause inflammation which can cause scar tissue blockage upstream into the groin.
