Vaginal discharge...: ...can be very difficult to diagnose. Is odor an issue? Cervcitis on exam? Trich test done by PCR? (Culture and microscopy miss half of all infections.) Maybe test for Mycoplasma genitalium. Maybe try treatment for trich, BV, and/or yeast despite negative tests. Avoid sex for a while? Sex partner(s) examined and tested for STDs? Consider consult by gyn who specializes in infectious diseases.
