Yes: Yes, as long as you don't have synthetic underwear touching the vaginal area directly you should be okay. Some of the newer underwears which are synthetic are much more "breathable" so those are okay as well. Diet is another factor, make sure you aren't consuming too many simple carbs/sugars.
