Exercise: any exercises (such as bench presses and flys) that strengthen the pectoralis muscles (the large muscles underlying the breast) may help the shape and firmness of the breast

Not really: Exercise is always a good idea and while stronger pectoral muscles (as well as a stronger core and back muscles) can help reduce the appearance of sagging there really isn't anything other than surgery to actually lift or firm the breast. Breasts are made of fatty tissue, not muscle. To actually lift saggy breasts, consult with a board certified plastic surgeon regarding mastopexy. Best wishes!
