Had bloody urine & semen last week,& got ultrasound. also had bloody urine twice 9 mnths ago. got ct,cystoscopy that time. is us sufficient this time?

No: Bloody urine and semen not that uncommon with enlarged prostate and prostatitis. Usually will resolve spontaneously. If persists one should have a cystoscopy to check that there is no lesion in the lining of the bladder that could progress to an invasive lesion.
