Consider a clinic: If your main concern is not having an insurance EOB slip sent to your folks, consider finding a planned parenthood or similar clinic that doesn't.Any encounter with your doc, whatever the reason will have the type of visit and or testing done.The doc must put the diagnosis in and any thing done like birth control counseling or the insurance company won't cover the visit and may expel the physician
