Take PlanB or ELLA (ulipristal acetate): If your birth control pills have 7 placebo days and you waited an extra day or more to start new pill pack, then it is possible to have breakthrough ovulation. It is unlikely that you will get pregnant from unprotected sex so soon after menses, but to be safe I recommend taking Plan B (if weigh <155lbs) or get RX for ELLA (ulipristal acetate) (if weigh <200lbs) for emergency contraception. Use backup rest of month.
