A 25-year-old female asked:

Is it normal to feel intense pins in needles in hands (and in parts of face) during sex/orgasm (remained for ~ 5 mins after) & was difficult to smile?

Once or often?: It is not typical to have neurological deficits after an orgasm. It is important to determine if this is something that happens to you on a regular basis or if it was a one time thing. Arousal can drop the blood pressure. If your partner was laying on this could cause too. If any symptoms persist then evaluation is warranted.
