Genital rash: Well certainly you need a proper diagnosis here. If you can show a picture, that would be most helpful. Syphilis comes to mind first -because it's characterized by a relatively painless ulcer that is raised. I wonder if you've had any risks for exposure? There are other diseases possible such as Bechet's -although it would seem strange that you're just getting symptoms from that now. See ID doctor
