Tip of penis is burning all the time, not while urinating, but it usually happens after i drink a lot of water and have to go multiple times to pee?

Rule out a STD: STD: Sexually Transmitted Disease. If you have not been sexually active, then you can eliminate this as a cause of your symptoms. Any infection can cause such burning, sometimes kidney stone that have passed can cause discomfort, but usually you have severe pain if you have had a stone. One look is worth a 1000 words, so an exam and a U A test might help sort it through.
