Testicular pain: Hello ~ testicular pain = GO SEE A DOCTOR TO EXAMINE YOU. Its more than likely due to lack of support (pants iso jockeys) but let a doctor decide that. And there are a few other important things to exclude by a doctor. Plse see a doctor as soon as you can. thanks
