OCD, anxiety, depr.: One who asks the same or similar questions over and over again, thus getting similar answers over and over again, is indeed showing OCD and anxiety traits. That one is aware of his problem, is good. Now, what does one do about it? A primary care doctor and/or a psychiatrist has several medication options that can help. Psychiatrists have "talk therapy" and other techniques that also help.

Psychotherapy?: In your question I hear a great deal of anxiety. I would suggest a psychiatric evaluation to determine what bothers you based on your symptoms, and also, more importantly, ask for a referral to a reputable psychotherapist to help you. Do it today.

Fear of STDs.: The fear of STDs is very common, especially these days, and especially in those who engage in compromising sexual activity. The problem is that the fear often doesn't stop those people from engaging in such compromising sexual activity. People like this, then, should have regular STD testing, every three to six months, if for no other reason than for the reassurance that everything is OK.
