I don't think so: Have never seen a research study on how many sperm die on floor impact, and doubt anyone will do that study. Presuming a room-temperature floor, and a glob of semen with millions of sperm, there should be many survivors immediately after impact. Impact is low-speed, and the sperm are cushioned by the fluid being thick. There's no natural way for sperm to have a high-speed collision with the floor.

NO: This may be a misconception for couples using the "pull out method" for contraception. Sperm may not be viable for long "out in the air" however, if you are using the pull out method for contraception, normal sperm are very active and strong swimmers, so even if most of ejaculation happens after "pull out" and , even small amounts left close to the vagina, can make a bee line to the womb.

No: it actually takes a few minuets but if they are i semen or certain other fluids they may survive for a while.
