Free advice:: Get examined and don't seek information online without an examination and testing. Get a scrotal ultrasound....and...get real!

Well ... (go to doc): I think that several of the more serious possibilities - incarcerated hernia, orchitis & epididymitis, were ruled out by your lack of swelling. And tortion & cancer could be r/o by scrotal ultrasound, which I'm assuming you received. That leaves following up with your doc, or even a specialist Urologist, as your next best way to get answers. Or get a cup: blunt trauma makes a nut shrink. Helps?
