Yaz (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol): Yaz (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol) like most birth control pills, may also reduce the number of cysts your ovaries develop. However, if by multicystic ovaries, you mean polycyctic, you may need to be on metformin as well.
