I have pain in my right testicle. i can feel a small pointy thing above the testicle like on the nerve or something that is very painful to touch.

See a Urologist: There are many causes of testis pain. Infection, torsion or testis cancer all can present with pain. I would advice you to have a physical exam done by a Urologist and to get a testis ultrasound. Most of the time the exam will be normal and nothing to worry about, However, we always need to make sure to get checked.
