Penis pain: Pain at the tip of the penis can be due to several different conditions. Referred pain can be felt there from prostate disease or anything irritating the ureters such as a stone. Bladder infections can also cause this as well as STD's. Sounds like he's having referred pain. Speak with your urologist.
