Very common: effects of hormone changes on skin. Can use typical acne skin wash twice a day and benzoyl peroxide lotion once a day to try and control then. Can also consider BCP with low androgen progestin to help this. Talk to your doctor if you are considering this option. Hope this helps you. Best of luck. Dr. R

Needs evaluation: Lumps, bumps, blisters and other skin abnormalities on the genitals need to be evaluated. An examination will be needed to know the cause and treatment. Painful genital sores are concerning for a possible herpes infection. A pimple is certainly a possibility.
