Not Likely: Anything is possible, but for this to occur they have to get there somehow and the system is pretty well closed unless accidentally or intentionally breached - through a deep open wound possibly from a piercing could make it happen or from surgery. If you had a piercing, see a doctor immediately if not healing properly.
