Uti: If this has been going on for two years perhaps it is time to seek a second opinion from another urologist?

Seek a second input: Hematuria is not normal. Your symptoms suggest the probability of a stone and or passing a stone. Would suggest getting an imaging if not done. Further more a full urine test would help. A bladder stone can cause UTI like symptoms. In rare cases interstitial cystitis can present like this but rare. Getting a kidney doctor to work up is the next best step. Best of luck hope you feel better.
