Both about 1-2 hrs: Viagra, Cialis, Levitra (vardenafil) etc all reach best levels in 1-2 hours . They break down at different speeds. However I am interested as to why you need either at age 20?

Agree with Dr Fletcher,an acquaintance of mine yrs ago...the three drugs are similar in action, the only difference Cialis can stay in your system for 3-days....meaning you can perform for 3 days by taking one pill.......................

Ed drugs: While both drugs are similar, cali's has a longer half life and some feel that is an advantage. Both drug companies have generous sample programs for these costly meds....My advice is to be seen by your doc for ED and try each one....Then choose the one you prefer....But if you're ED is a new problem then see your doc first....Stop smoking and loose weight are better than meds for ED for many pts.
