A 20-year-old female asked:

if hpv causes cell changes in cervix can they be fixed by your body on its own?

Sometimes yes: HPV is a DNA virus which puts its DNA into your cell of the cervix this DNA can change the cells appearance and nucleus sometimes these changes can be lost in overtime but presumably the DNA material is still in the cells but not being expressed we do not always know if it is a complete cure but in many cases it appears to be completely cured. Especially if it is a low-grade, mild dysplasia.

Skip harsh chemicals: Your skin may be more sensitive in pregnancy. Skip harsh chemicals that may be over-drying. Also try to avoid products that contain retinol or large amounts of salacylic acid as there are some associations with problems with baby. I love the belli line of skincare. It is very gentle using natural ingredients and was created for pregnant women.

Lowered function: While sexual potential can carry through into quite older age, the erectile capacity and ejacualate volume decrease with age. Some lose desire which is entirely psychological. Note the many products on the market for this and the destruction of endangered animals for this (rhino horns, bear gall bladder stones, etc.).
