Let me think...: Just like in any big city, some streets are one-way and some streets are two-way. A vagina is created or evolved to be a two-way street (penis in, baby out). However, the gastrointestinal tract is designed to be one-way, with an opening on each end. Food goes in the mouth, and the brown stuff goes out the butt. The exception is when one vomits what the body thinks is bad or toxic for the stomach.

Risk: It does pose additional health risks for your partner such as urinary tract infections due to exposure to various infectious organisms, as well as some others. Therefore, a condom is recommended.

Is sex just as safe with just the pill and no condom?

Technically, no: Safe sex implies protection against sexually transmitted disease and infections. The birth control pill provides protection against unwanted pregnancy but virtually no protection from std. Safe sex usually indicates that a barrier protection (i.e. Condom) is in place to attempt to prevent transfer of body fluids from one partner to another.

There are different: Types of condoms. This site has a primer on condom types: http://contraception.About.Com/od/condomtypes/condom_types.Htm. If you are unhappy with the condom that you are using you can try one that is thinner & more flexible.
