Probably your period: Best way to define this situation is by doing a quantitative blood pregnancy test. If negative , it will be consistent with your menstruation. If the test is positive you should repeat it and get an ultrasound done. Of course all these under your ob- gyn supervision.

Can't say for sure: Sorry, might be a new miscarriage, or departure of some residual clot from prior, or just a slightly heavier than usual regular period. As long as not too long / too much / too painful, see how next cycle goes.

Occult/hidden: Most of the time there is no visible blood. Testing for bleeding lesions requires testing for occult blood, fecal occult blood test (fbot). There is more than one method. If is recommended that this test be done three times each year on persons over the age of 50, unless they have undergone colonoscopy.

My boyfriend & I are trying to get pregnant. I'm on Zoloft (sertraline) & my doc is having me get off it slowly; 1 pill every other day for a month & then 1 pill every 3rd day until gone. Does this sound reasonable?

I got epidydmo orchitis and took antibiotics for almost one month. But pain still there. Blood tests and ultrsound and urinetest are good.?

Still healing?: If the epididymitis was cleared by the antibiotic, the symptoms should have remitted by now. Possibly there is residual cord inflammation leading to persistent pain. You didn't mention if the physical exam was normal or not. Please see your doctor for an actual examination again, or consult a urologist to see what's going on.

Check a preg test : Over the counter pregnancy tests are cheap and reliable. Go do one and then you will know and you won't have to worry about it any more. If you don't want to be pregnant see your doctor for effective birth control.
