Usually not much: If your period comes right after sex, and it is on the expected date, it usually means your body is following its normal cycle. You are least likely to get pregnant during your period. However, if the bleeding is not at an expected time, it could mean many things, and may need to be evaluated especially if the bleeding is heavy or you have other symptoms.
