Perhaps: Masturbation is practiced by most all men and women. Depending on your frequency, your preoccupation with masturbating, how it affects you and your life and psyche and other issues, determines whether it is a healthy situation. Depending on your sexual stimulation at night, dreams, thoughts, desires and other issues, you have nocturnal emissions. This may continue. If healthy, don't worry.

Sounds very healthy. All good---nothing bad. No bad consequences. You are worrying too much about this.

Sperm release: Losing sperm during sleep is very normal and is called nocturnal emission. This usually doesn't stop as it is a function of normal physiology, and is a natural occurrance that is not bad for you. Also masturbation is normal. Perhaps you are worrying too much about this and you need some psychological help to keep from worrying too much.

Nocturnal emissions: The event you described is called nocturnal emissions. It is the body's natural way of relieving sperm "buildup" and keeps the balance of sperm production/storage in check. It is not an abnormal occurrence. No studies show a time for it to "stop". Every case is different.

Listen, man: You're doing yourself a very serious disservice. All young men enjoy your bodies as you've been doing. Anyone who tells you this is unhealthy or unspiritual is manipulating you. If you don't bring yourself to climax during the day, it's going to happen at night. Think about that one special person in your future & for everybody's sake, get educated about normal sexuality.
