Yes.: The later in your cycle that you start taking the pill, the greater the chance that you will start getting an egg ready to release. You should use condoms for the rest of the cycle. You should discuss your situation with your family doctor or gyn who may tell you to stop the pills until you know whether or not you are pregnant 28-30 days from the start of your last period.
