why does this hurt? the bone in between my breasts is aching.. it hurts to breathe, to sit up (i'm laying down in bed right now) or make any kind of movement really.. i'm not involved in any type of sports or anything that i could have done like that.. i

You : You may have costochronditis. Ask your parents for Motrin or tylenol (acetaminophen) to help with your pain. If you have a hard time breathing at any point, make sure your parents know so that they can take you to the doctors.
