Xanax (alprazolam) : Xanax (alprazolam) is a category d medication for pregnancy which means that we know it can harm the unborn baby and should not be used. Call your doctor to discuss your problem. Many pregnant women have anxiety disorders and panic attacks and do well on alternative medications which are much safer for mom and baby.
