Yes: Ideally Plan B or the levonogesterol pill can decrease a woman's chances of becoming pregnant. Ideally this pill is taken as soon after the possible unprotected intercourse as possible. There's a chance that if you were about to ovulate, that the pill stopped it.... There's also the possibility that you can get pregnant. The only way to know for sure is take a test, or wait for your next cycle.
