If you've been on birth control for four years and all of a sudden stop how long does your body take before you can become preg. ?

Usually little delay: Generally if you stop birth control pills you can get pregnant right away. There is a modest decreased fertility in the first month but this does not last. So if pregnancy is what you wish go for it. If not pregnant in a year (or 6 months if over 35) check with your doctor.
