See below: Everybody's different. Anywhere from 3 times daily to 1 every 3 days is about right.

"Normal" bowels: "normal" frequency ranges (in a bell-curve distribution) from three movements daily to one every three to four days. The amount, color, frequency of stool varies with foods, speed of emptying of the GI tract, medications & supplements ingested, gut flora (unique for each individual), additives (like blood), subtractions (like absent bile), infection, inflammation, & other factors.

Poop: Everyone's digestive system is a bit different but generally speaking most people have a daily bowel movement. Healthy bowel movements should not be hard or difficult to come out. Drinking plenty of water and fiber and vegetables should help.

Varies a lot.: Some people have several bowel movements per day, and others have one or two per week! with respect to urination, this varies too. Your urine should be clear like water, or pale yellow. If it is dark or concentrated, you need to be drinking more fluids! if you are thirsty, it's likely that your body is signalling that you need more water. Hope this helps. Lgromkomd.
