have pain in right ovary, had a baby 8 months ago had pain then to but in the left ovary, didn't have a c-section, i alo have lesions on my cervixs?

2 reasons 2 be seen: I saw three related questions. It's possible that women who are ovulating to have a cyst on the ovary ovulating at that time. It's also possible for other types of masses to form on one or both ovaries. Other things in nearby structures can hurt also. If there is intense or recurring pain, a gyn can evaluate with exam and ultrasound. Doctor can check cervix then also. Better to find out than worry.
