Eat right: Spot loss is a false conception in my world unless surgery is involved (not recommended) to loose it: eat right consistently, exercise consistently and do weight training. Once the visceral fat is gone the body fat will go too...But work on muscle building as well. Get a sports nutritionist and trainer to help guide you and educate you.

Tone thighs w plie, squat, wall squat, ball squat, plyometric squat, stair steps, lunges, lunges w dumbbells, ball squeeze ; single leg circle. Engage in regular aerobic exercise.
