Porn Q's: It's tough to answer all of these questions bc it depends. People have different emotional and physical relationships with porn. Some integrate into their intimacy and it works out. Others find it gets in the way of getting pleasure from their partner(s). I suggest working with a sex positive therapist who can help you explore these q's individually or with you and your partner(s).

What do YOU think?: Essentially all men respond to visual stimuli, whether it's the sight of the beloved, of good-looking strangers, or tasteful or trashy images online or in magazines. It's how we are. Shunning this is trying to be something you're not. But most men know that "porn" is unrealistic, that you don't need the perfect body you see there to find love, and that the real thing's better. That's your answer.

Toss tempting foods!: Many women reach for food in times of stress, boredom, many other emotional states. A good starting point for weight control is to record what you eat and why. Use an app if convenient; but a pencil and paper are ok too. Another suggestion is to put time between the emotional event and eating. Take a brief period for meditation or deep breathing. Get help to identify/eliminate triggers to binge.

In addition to recording what they do and eat, women should try to start a diet when there is highest chance of success and not stop trying even if they slip a bit: https://www.healthtap.com/tips/4758

Broad question?: You may be referral to an antidepressant of which there are many. There are antidepressants that work to "numb emotions" and perhaps you mean depression or anxiety and some help with this and physical pain. These meds do often help with chronic pain. Older and newer meds do this. Tricyclic antidepressants and newer drugs like "cymbalta" help in these areas. Discuss with your pcp or pain docto.

Yes: Attachment disorder develops when children have been unable to consistently connect to parent or caregiver. The disorder ranges from 'insecure attachment' to more severe form, reactive attachment disorder. Reactive attachment disorder is common in children who have been neglected or abused, lived in orphanage, or bounced around in foster care.

The same: The additional complications of pregnancy and std's complicate physical infidelity but they are equally damaging otherwise.
