None, but...: Keep the affected area as clean & dry as possible with optional use of topical agents and judicious use of oral pain medication to ease the associated pain, which will self resolve in 2-3 wks as usual for most patients. To ease and shorten its severity and course, take anti-viral drug like Valtrex with 24 hours of starting its prodromal symptoms.
