Missed pills: If you're sexually active check a pregnancy test as the irregular light bleeding could be implantation or pregnancy related bleeding. Most women resume normal cycles when the pill is stopped, but others may have amenorrhea (no period) or oligomenorrhea (less than normal periods).

Yes..: If you are using your birth control pills after a prolonged period of not taking them you may present with spotting and irregular bleeding.Make sure also you are not pregnant and get a test as well if you have been sexually active during this period of time. Make sure you take your pills around the same time every day in order to get effective protection and avoid irregularities in your cycle.

Any time: Your period may return even within the first month. Depending where in the pack you stop, it's possible that you may immediately try to get pregnant.

Maybe: I don't have specialty training on the question you asked, but by my general medical knowledge, some sudden changes in your life, extreme high/low emotion, etc may change your onset of period. Askin your pcp to rule out those possibilities will be the best to you.

Any day: You can start your birth control on any day while you are on your period. The days of the week are just to make it easier for you to remember. If it started on Sunday, you can start it that day.
