I'm 29 years old and i had a tubal ligation 2 months ago, i still have not had a period yet. home pregnancy test are negative. is this normal?

Depends: If you had the tubal with having a baby, it is normal to not have a period for awhile after that but if not then you would expect to continue regular periods. If your body was used to oral contraceptives and now you stopped them, it may take awhile to start having periods regularly.
