Perfect use: With perfect use (not missing any pills) a woman has about a 4 % chance of becoming pregnant over course of 1 year using that method. Condom perfect use percentage is 30% over course of 1 year. When combined, these 2 methods approach 99%. A great combination, by the way, as prevents STDs and pregnancy using condoms with birth control pills.
