Tingling/paresthesia: A pinched nerve or nerve deprived of oxygen can result in a tingling, heat, or cold sensation. Competitive cyclists can have this happen to the pudendal nerve after prolonged cycling, causing scrotal/penile symptoms. Symptoms that can accompany this include inability to control the bowels and bladder. Recurrent tingling/cold feelings without clear reason would warrant getting seen in clinic.
