U need so fat: I don't know how much weight you have lost that you stopped having periods but you do need to have some in order to have normal periods. so if you are now underweight, I would suggest you eat a little more. if you are not underweight, I would wait a few months and let you body recover from the stress of the weight loss first. if still not returning, you could try bcps as long as your bmi is nl
