Oral ulcers: The small mouth ulcers may or may not be herpetic. Either way they are contagious and can be spread by sharing a cigarette.

YES & NO: Yes. It is an outbreak if you have a cluster of blisters. No, it does not get transfer via cigarette smoke. But, it will if you share the same cigarettes.
