Many options : Both male and female condoms, of course. Also can consider Paragard(copper) IUD which does not have hormones in/on it. Also could get fitted for a diaphragm, use a sponge, a cervical cap, or spermicide.

Tubal ligation: She can have her fallopian tubes cut and tied or fulgurated. This procedure is permanent.

There are ...: ...of course surgical procedures. However, A copper IUD is an excellent alternative. Talk to your gynecological provider, as they are necessary for these options.

Several: Pennyroyal, raspberry leaf, blessed thistle, aconite, slippery elm, tansy, many, many others. Consult with someone who knows before taking any medicinal herbs during pregnancy. If, however, it's something you find in the a standard kitchen spice rack, it's probably fine.
