Doubt pregnant: Home pregnancy tests are sensitive enough to detect pregnancy as early as the 1st day of you missed period. Because you took Plan B and then birth control pills, you have likely just "reset" the timing of when your period will be by a couple of weeks. Worry and stress can also make your periods irregular. If no period in another couple of weeks, please see doctor.

Yes: Usually after the first few weeks the pattern of stooling can change from after every feed to every two or three days, sometimes even longer. If the baby is urinating, gaining weight and is comfortable this is not a problem.

I have extreme cramps and back pain the first day I get my period so bad and it last awhile and pain meds don't help could this be something serious?

Probably not: In younger women congestive dysmenorrhea can be very severe just before and the first 1-2 days of the cycle. If the symptoms are so severe consider using oral contraceptives which will relieve the symptoms. Talk to your gynecologist about it.
