A 18-year-old female asked:

Depends: Technically, you should not be ovulating 1 week prior to your period so the chances of getting pregnant are low. However, if you did ovulate at that time I would expect you to miss your period. It would not be unheard of if you still had a small period though, as that can happen.

Yes: If you conceive, you will not have a period. But it is not likely that you would conceive 3 days before your period is due. Conception occurs at the time of ovulation which is 14 days before the period.

Could have but : You could have but didn't. Anyone having sex without birth control or condoms can get pregnant. You had your period so you did not get pregnant this time.

No period if preg: If pregnant , you will not get a period. Time of ovulation can vary and is difficult to predict precisely, so it is possible to ovulate and conceive a week before your expected menses.
